Meetfree Safety Guidelines
Meetfree is designed to foster authentic, safe, and meaningful connections. Since our platform facilitates in-person meetings between strangers, your safety is our priority. While we cannot monitor every participant’s behavior, we provide the following guidance to help you stay safe.
Before the Meetup
To preserve the anticipation of the meeting, the platform does not allow messaging, photo sharing, or detailed information about other participants before the meetup. If you happen to communicate with other participants outside the app, limit in-depth exchanges.
Inform a trusted friend or family member that you will attend a meetup. Share the location with them so they know where you are.
During the Meetup
Keep your drink and personal belongings within sight at all times.
Monitor your alcohol consumption to stay alert and in control.
If you feel uncomfortable or unsafe, notify a staff member at the venue or leave the location if necessary.
After the Meetup
Do not feel obligated to exchange contact information with anyone you do not trust.
If you choose to exchange personal contact details, do so cautiously. Meetfree is not responsible for any exchanges conducted outside the app.
In the case of intimate encounters, ensure explicit and ongoing mutual consent.

Never transfer money or share financial information with someone you met through Meetfree.
Transport & Substance Safety
Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs is illegal and extremely dangerous. Do not drive if you have consumed substances that could impair your ability to operate a vehicle safely.
Do not accept a ride from someone under the influence.
Consider safer alternatives such as taxis, rideshares, or public transportation when needed.
