Q: The app has a bug or isn’t responding!
A: Check if a new update is available. If not, fully close the app and reopen it. If the issue persists, please contact us: use WhatsApp only for urgent problems, or email for anything that can wait, using the details above

Q: The venue we went to is full.
A: Check the list of partner venues in the app and choose another one together with your group. Most are located nearby. Please make sure to stick to our partner venues for your safety.

Q: People didn’t show up.
A: We’re sorry! Please take a screenshot of the participant(s)’s name(s) who didn’t show up and send it to us by email. We’ll contact them directly. In the future, there will be monetary penalties for no-shows.
