Meetfree beta testing

1. Introduction

Welcome to the beta test of Meetfree (“the App”), provided by Meetfree. By joining this beta test, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The App is in beta testing, which means it may contain bugs, incomplete features, or unexpected behavior. Participation is voluntary.

2. Eligibility

Testers must be at least 18 years old.

3. Confidentiality

The App may include features not yet public.
Testers agree not to share screenshots, content, or details of the App outside authorized channels.

4. Feedback

Testers are encouraged to provide feedback on features, performance, and usability.
Any feedback you provide can be used by Meetfree without compensation.

5. Usage Rules

The App is intended for spontaneous offline meetups with other users.
Testers agree not to misuse the App or attempt to reverse-engineer it.
The App may be unstable, and Meetfree is not liable for data loss, device issues, or any other damages.

6. Data Collection & Privacy

Meetfree collects personal information through an identity, personality, and lifestyle quiz (e.g., age, sex, profession, preferences, relationship status) to optimize group matching.
Data is used solely for matching and improving the beta experience.
By participating, testers agree to Meetfree’s Privacy Policy Meetfree beta privacy policy.

7. Termination

Meetfree may remove testers at any time or disable the beta build without notice.
Beta builds may expire or be withdrawn at any time.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as-is”.
Meetfree is not responsible for any issues, damages, or personal outcomes resulting from using the App.
Participation is at the tester’s own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws by Belgian Law.
