Services Overview: Meetfree provides services that connect individuals in real life through matchmaking based on questionnaires on identity, personality, and lifestyle (the “Services”) via our mobile application (“Meetfree” or the “Mobile App”). Additional information is available on our website (the “Website”). Together, these are referred to as “The Company.” owned and published by Meetfree.

1. General Principles These Terms and Conditions (the “General Terms”) form the agreement governing the use of our Services. By ticking the acceptance box during registration, you agree to these General Terms. If you do not agree, you cannot access the Services.

Failure to exercise a right under these General Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

1.1 Alignment with Third-Party Terms If you download the Mobile App via a third-party store (“Third Party”):

Third Party terms take precedence in case of conflict.
Meetfree is not liable for goods or services provided by any Third Party.
The Third Party is not responsible for maintenance or support; Meetfree remains solely responsible for Mobile App warranties and claims.

2. Eligibility By using our Services, you warrant that:

You are an individual (not a legal entity) at least 18 years old or of legal age to enter into a contract under local law.
You are acting outside your professional activities.
You have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Local law does not prohibit your use of the Services.
You have not been convicted of serious, sexual, or violent crimes unless pardoned, and you do not pose a threat to other users.
You have not been previously banned from our Services unless explicitly authorized.

If you no longer meet these requirements, your access may be revoked without notice.

3. Description of Services

The Services connect individuals in real life through matchmaking based on identity, personality, and lifestyle questionnaires.
We do not guarantee specific gender ratios, age ranges, compatibility, or unique participants at each meetup.

3.1 Partner Venues

All meetups organized through the App must occur at official Partner Venues listed in the App.
Meetfree is not responsible for meetups outside Partner Venues.
We make no guarantees regarding availability, menu options, allergen safety, or adherence to dietary restrictions. Users should verify menus on partners website directly.
Price estimates in the App are indicative; users should confirm actual costs.

3.2 Meetups

Meetup duration is determined by participants.
Venue address will be communicated via Google Maps links in the App.
Meetfree is not responsible for no-shows, absences, or outcomes of meetups.
Costs for meals or beverages are the user’s responsibility.

4. Connect Messaging Service

Messaging is provided only for communication among members of the same meetup to coordinate recognition.
Users must comply with these General Terms and applicable laws when using Messaging.
Messaging content is user-generated and not moderated by Meetfree.
Meetfree is not responsible for the content of messages.

5. User Obligations Users agree to:

Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
Maintain account security; notify Meetfree immediately of unauthorized use.

5.1 Prohibited Activities Users must not:

Misrepresent identity, age, or affiliations.
Solicit personal or financial info from other users.
Use another user’s account.
Conduct political campaigns or influence elections.
Share private or proprietary information without authorization.
Develop third-party apps interacting with Meetfree without consent.
Create new accounts after suspension unless authorized.

Users must also refrain from:

Exploiting Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Promoting unauthorized commercial activity.
Sharing offensive, misleading, or harmful content, including malware or viruses.

6. Content Restrictions

Content must not be offensive, abusive, pornographic, racist, defamatory, or psychologically harmful.
Unauthorized depictions of individuals, including minors, are prohibited without consent.
Failure to comply may result in immediate revocation of access or other sanctions.

7. Meetfree Obligations

Meetfree provides Services diligently and in compliance with applicable regulations.
Service quality is subject to external factors (network issues, server failures, user configuration errors).
Bugs may occur as the App is still in early stages.

8. Data Protection

Meetfree complies with GDPR and Bulgarian data protection laws.

Users are responsible for reading and understanding the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

Meetfree owns all software, content, and databases.
Users receive a personal, non-transferable license for private use only.
Commercial use without written consent is prohibited.

10. Use of Personal Attributes

Users may be photographed or filmed at meetups.
By attending meetups and using the App, you provide explicit consent for the use of your image, name, or voice for promotional purposes.
This consent is granted once via acceptance of these Terms but may be revoked at any time by contacting Meetfree.
All usage of images, names, or voices will comply with GDPR requirements.

11. Termination & Suspension

Meetfree may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of Terms, unsafe behavior, or at its discretion.
Services may be withdrawn or updated at any time.

12. Liability

Meetfree provides Services “as-is” and disclaims all liability for errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or user outcomes.
Liability for partner venues is limited to the scope of the Services; Meetfree is not responsible for meals, beverages, or venue services.
Liability is limited to direct damages and cannot exceed amounts paid by users for the meetup.

13. Force Majeure

Meetfree is not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure.
Affected parties must notify the other in writing; obligations resume once the event ceases.

14. Dispute Resolution

Users may seek mediation with the CEO before legal proceedings.
EU Online Dispute Resolution is available for cross-border disputes.
Failing mediation, users may approach competent courts.

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law.
